House Judiciary investigating whether Fulton County DA Fani Willis ‘coordinated’ with Jan 6 committee
The House Judiciary Committee is investigating whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis coordinated with the 2022 Jan. 6 committee. The committee is calling for records relating to Willis’ communications with the committee, chaired by former Georgia House Speaker David Ralston, as well as any documents related to the investigation into former President Donald Trump and his associates. Willis has pushed back on the inquiry stating that any claims of coordination are “inaccurate and dangerous” and that she would not “give credence to politically motivated allegations.”
